Stacy O'Mara

Stacy O'Mara is a Senior Director for Cybersecurity Services at Venable LLP.  She frequently assists cybersecurity companies with shaping the cybersecurity policy environment and responding to cybersecurity incidents. She often helps them interface with crucial contacts in the White House and on Capitol Hill and with other vital stakeholders in the defense and national security communities. Her convening power allows Stacy and her clients to skillfully advocate for cybersecurity policies, funding, and partnership opportunities that often have massive impacts in the United States and beyond. In this vein, Stacy also tackles a range of important needs and processes that are most essential for key players in the cybersecurity space. This includes disclosure and incident reporting, cyber threat intelligence information sharing, cyber defense assistance, election security, AI, and, in many cases, international collaboration to take down cyber threat actors.
